Common questions
How do I install the app?
The Shopify app isn't open for public installs yet. Write to us for early access and we'll tell you when it opens.
How do I uninstall it?
Remove it like any Shopify app, from your store admin's Apps settings. The app's access to your store ends then.
What happens to my data when I uninstall?
When you uninstall, the store's access token and the store's data are deleted straight away. Shopify's later deletion request removes anything left. Details are on the privacy page.
Where do I set my floors?
In the app's admin page, under Products: turn on the products buyers can haggle on and set each one's floor. Floors are private to you and buyers never see them.
Can I offer extras like free shipping or a gift? Coming
Not yet. Extras aren't available in the live app.
